Got it!

There is a llama by my hands. I wonder if I can hold it. Got it!

Time for bed, still got my llama.

Speaking of Chayalim

Abba left yesterday to the Tzavah. I wonder where that is, I haven't been able to find it yet. It must be cold there because you need to wear boots.

Yom Ha'atzmaut Cookies

On Yom Ha'atzmaut all the cousins got together. Sara and Elisheva made friends. We made cookies for the chayalim.
Without them there would be no Israel.
I opted to stay out of the cookie baking and take photos instead.

Family time

Sabba and I had lots of fun watching cartoons and eating nuts together.

Breakfast before we fly.

Goodbye, can't wait to see you all again!

Day with Sabba

Over Chol Hamoed Sabba took off a day to be with us.

We went to the falls. The water went down, down, splash!

Ima, Abba and Elisheva (can you see her!)

Tired out after a long day.

Zoo Zoo Zoo

Cousins David and Rachel came all the way to Utica to meet us at the zoo. Thank you for the special effort.

Shmueli, a future career?

The end of a day well spent at the zoo!

Butterfly Conservatory

Savti treated us to a trip to the butterfly conservatory.

There were butterflies everywhere, here one landed on Ima's hat!
Here's a pretty blue one we saw a lot.

Elisheva was there too, but I don't think she'll remember much, she was asleep the whole time!

More family fun!

In Buffalo there were so many people to have fun with!

Here we are with Elliot, Marti and Shmueli.

Squished in on the stairwell.

Pesach in America

We went to America for Pesach.
Here is Grandma enjoying Elisheva.

The sisters enjoying time together. (Note the Pesach kitchen in the background!)

And Shmueli enjoying a puzzle!

Birkat Ha Ilanot

In the early days of Nissan we all went out for a walk to say the special bracha on flowering trees: Birkat Ha Ilanot. We say it only once a year.

Because of the leap year there were hardly any buds left on the trees! Do you think this counts?

(Editor's note: We found cherry blossoms and finally made the bracha!)
