On Shavuot we went to Migdal Oz and spent time with 28 eighteen year old girls. Here I was getting ready. Ima had to make sure I was dressed to impress! Tell me the truth, do I look OK?
Last time I read a book Ima only posted a picture. Here is a full length video. Enjoy! Hav Hav is what dogs here in Israel say, but in my world it refers to anything that moves, or really anything I see and want to bring attention to.
I've been eating by myself for a while lately, but recently I've picked up the art of benching. Abba tells me to thank Hashem for the good food and the good land (and Abba and Ima).
About two weeks ago we went to a Bnei Akiva Capetown reunion for shabbat. It was a perfect opportunity to see Rafi and Alicia. The last time they saw me was last year Pesach. Boy have I changed!
When I wake up in the mornings after I get dressed (and even sometimes before) I walk over to my coat rack and say "Can we please go outside?" I look back at Ima and blow her a kiss. I open the door. And we're off!
After we worked hard picking we were rewarded with a wonderful picnic. It was so nice to see friends of Ima and Abba. JJ even helped me eat cucumbers. I was having such a great time that the official photographer even caught a picture of me!
